Fusion Factor Update (Version 1.04)


Hey Fusers,

In this update we have officially removed the possibility to miss in battle, meaning every action is a threat!
Due to this change, some abilities and mechanics in the game that affected or were triggered by missing have been changed or replaced.

Changed Statuses: 

Blind - Blinded characters now have a general -2 modifier to attacks instead of increasing the miss result range.

Crash- Crashed characters originally gained a -2 modifier to all type stats. With Blindness changing, the two abilities were too similar. Crashed characters now take 1 damage every time they attempt to counter an attack, representing their functionality beginning to fail.

Changed Fusions:

Mine Field - Changed
Before* Each time an opponent attempts to attack you and misses they take damage.
After* Each time an opponent attempts to counter your attack, decrease their attack results for the remainder of the frenzy.

Rampage - Changed
Before* 
If you are successfully countered or miss your attack, roll this attacks damage and take half.
After* If you are successfully countered, roll this attacks damage and take half.

Never Miss - Removed

Quick Attack - Added
If this attack fails as to counter an opponent's attack you may choose to defend and take extra damage

Luckily this was a pretty easy fix. Unfortunately, until we get around to remaking some of the official supplements and scenarios, with the completed and updated core book, then any of the changed or removed fusions will have to be manually replaced by players. I do intent to give these supplements a glow up and put them into a collection down the line, but it might be a way off.
