Version 1.08:Buffed Battles
Hey Fusers,
Before we swim into the shimmering waves of New Paramore Island, I felt like the core rules could use a bit of a polish. Thanks to some generous testers, I've made some informed changes that I think will improve the flow and strategic elements of Fusion Factor.
Here are some changes you can look forward to in this update:

Battle Restructuring
We have tightened up terminology, expanded strategic options, and added examples of it all. Battles in Fusion Factor are deeply strategic while also being extremely fast paced. Understanding the system is easier than ever with in depth examples of play. Tightening up the systems also inspired us to tweak them add even more to make sure that everyone at the table is engaged.
New Character Sheets and Scenario Sheets
With improved readability and restructuring of important information, getting the information you need without slowing play is easier than ever.
In addition, the Scenario Sheets used to make your own adventures for you table have integrated bookkeeping. Check a box and move along!
Added Downtime
Now every session starts with the opportunity for players to do some downtime activities. This gives players even more chances to gain new powers and customize their build, in addition to giving the players a chance to use their rewards from last sessions finale without delay.
Scholar Class Update
We've given the scholar a lot more control over their ability to trap their opponents and given them risk reward downtime choices much like the Trader. Additionally, we've made some of the Scholar's triggers less of a sure thing. No longer will you fall into a trap just for using your main attack.
Fusion Edits
With the battle rules terminology being reworked many Fusions have been updated to match. The difference between a Move, Turn, and Round makes a big difference in the power of some effects. I look forward to seeing how these updated abilities are combined to create new exciting battles.

We plan on updating some of the supplementary scenarios that have been released with some of these updates before we go deep into making new content, but it will all happen sooner than you might think.
